Each one of our creations is crafted by hand, requiring 3-5 days handmade time before shipping. Once the product has been handmade finished, we will ship it as soon as possible. Packages within the US will be delivered within 5-8 business days, and international shipping is also available.

We want to allow you to track your orders at any time. As such, when we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly. Or you can download our Shop App to track your order.

If the information has not been updated, check again after 24 hours to allow the courier to remotely manage your shipment. 

We accept returns within 30 days after the package shipped and you will need to pay for the shipping costs incurred for the return. To start a return, you can contact us at stellaeluce.ny@gmail.com.

If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
